This is a critical program for those who want to make lasting changes for the better. Particularly if you are a parent or care-giver, you will only stay as good at what you do, by how well you care for yourself. In this program, you will take an inventory to find out what your Primary foods are, keep track of what good self-care habits you already have and add a few more! You will report with pictures, a self-care log and written journal entries. We will meet in two sessions over the period of a month.
