Ingredients
Air Popper Version
1/2

popcorn kernels

melted butter or coconut oil

honey

sea salt
(or more if you like it saltier)
Pressure Cooker (Instant Pot) Version
1/3
cup
popcorn kernels
3

butter or coconut oil

Instructions
Air Popper Version
Pop 1/2 cup of corn in a hot-air popper.
In a saucepan, melt 3-4 Tablespoons butter or coconut oil.
Add 3-4 Tablespoons honey and 1/4 tsp salt, (and add more later if you want a saltier flavor.)
Pour over popcorn and stir.
Pressure Cooker (Instant Pot) Version
Turn on pressure cooker, press saute and adjust to highest setting. Cover with metal or glass pan lid.
Once the pot is hot, add the butter or coconut oil. Cover and let it get hot again.
Quickly add the kernels and salt, then stir to coat. Smooth into an even, flat layer.
Cover with lid.
Once the kernels are all popped, turn off the cooker and remove the inner pot.
Enjoy!
You can drizzle some honey on top of this version as well:)
