Hello my Friend, I hope this post finds you well!

I have been working on my declarations and my daily self-care regimen to help with quieting my mind because I can get into a knot of thinking about too many things at once. Does that ever happen to you?

I have 70 simple declarations that I am speaking multiple times morning and evening! They just came to me as I was still and listening so I wrote them out and am using them to organize my thoughts. I love the consequence of taking the time to do this exercise!

Remember that along with training our minds to think of and to recognize the truth, we also need to be quieting our nervous systems if we want the consequence of balanced hormones.

Here are a few relaxation helps. The music is lovely to me, and the video is wonderful to watch and to follow the elegant Tai Chi and Qi Gong demonstration. So slow and simple and powerful. {The demonstration starts at about 4:09.}
