Good day! I hope you are well.

Just a short note today to encourage you to use your words.

Have you ever prompted a toddler to abandon their infant communication patterns by using the new words they have acquired instead of crying to let you know what they need?

In the same vein, I believe God is saying to us by His example, “you can use your words to create!”

Instead of moaning and grouching and complaining and generally feeling badly, we need to remember that we have this powerful creative tool in our minds and on the tip of our tongues at any moment!

For whatever you may be thinking and feeling , particularly if there is something that is seeming unfair or depressing or discouraging today, I challenge you to pull out your declarations and change your thoughts and the feelings that follow by shouting them, writing them, whispering them, singing them or chanting them!

“The mistakes I make simply mean that I am human.”
“I can say I am sorry, make things right and try again.”
“I like myself, I love myself.”

Or,

“I love my life!”
“I am creative.”
“I am well, whole, limber and strong!”
“It is ok for me to ask for help.”

Best of all, you create, based on the needs you have, the combination of words that will “change the night to day.”

“I forgive.”
“My children are a gift.”
“I rest when I am tired.”
“I choose God.”

Let your light shine by filling your mind and heart with words of power, kindness, generosity and love.

Happy Wednesday wonderful girl!

Love,
