I hope you’re having a great week!
Today I got to spend time with my daughter and her daughters and it was a delight! Not to mention, all the help they gave me working on the fairy garden and weeding flower beds. Thank you lovies!
Now, I’m ready for a bit of rest.
Maybe we’ll watch an old episode or read a book while we enjoy a cup of warm tea (side note: my favorite tea currently is Traditional Medicinals, Organic Throat Coat, made of licorice root, slippery elm, marshmallow root, wild cherry bark, fennel, cinnamon bark and orange peel. Yum!) with a muffin or maybe….this popcorn.
If you’re a popcorn lover, I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Pop 1/2 cup of corn in a hot-air popper.
In a saucepan, melt 3-4 Tablespoons butter or coconut oil.
Add 3-4 Tablespoons honey and 1/4 tsp salt, (and add more later if you want a saltier flavor.)
Pour over popcorn and stir.
Yep, it’s simple, but it’s good!
I’d love to hear if you like the coconut oil or butter best!
And lastly, just a friendly reminder about the truth that is paramount for us as parents to feel and believe:
We are loved.
No matter what.
{So yes, if it’s not already on your daily declaration list, get it there woman!}
“I am unconditionally loved.”
And,
“I am loving.”
Be well!
