Becoming Behavior

I heard this quote years ago and it still moves me to action.

“The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do.”

So I ask myself, what one little thing could I do today that will help me get closer to the version of me that I want to become? Hmm, several simple things come to mind like listen to the songs I’m working on learning; print out the pictures I found for my vision board.

What is one little thing you could do today that will help you become who you want to be in the future?

Little is key.

Little makes all the difference. And little isn’t overwhelming!

Whatever comes simply and quickly to mind, let’s do it shall we?

We’ll be making progress toward our highest good.
