At almost any time, and almost anywhere, you can take a deep breath, close your eyes and hold your mind still.

Let your face relax.
Breathe in and as you exhale, let your shoulders relax.
Sit back and straighten your torso.
Let tension fall away from your arms and hands.
Let your legs relax.
Let tension drain from your feet.

Continue to breathe.

Soften.
