Happy New Year to you!

I hope you’re feeling well and have enjoyed being with your people.

Over the holidays, our dance class had a mini-party, and this is the apple dip we ate that was carmel deliciousness!

It’s always nice to have a healthy version of a family favorite to take to a party or for snacking to keep hangry-ness at bay when your schedule is anything but normal!

Healthy Lioness Apple Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 1/4 cup raw honey 1 Tbs blackstrap molasses (unsluphured) 1-2 tsp vanilla (preferably homemade) 1 shake of Real salt Blend with a hand mixer until smooth. Serve with sliced apples or pretzels or crackers or anything that goes with caramel.
