Part of the smoke and mirrors of this culture is the belief that you have to do something visible and big in order to count.
Consider this: think of someone who was a major player in your life. Someone who made you feel important and heard, someone who built you up and gave you a positive view of yourself and your future. How did they do it? Who was involved? Did their actions make the evening news or are they known mostly just to the people they loved, like you?
The truth is that we do not need to be receiving accolades or publicity in order for our life’s work to be extremely important and needed.
One person to one person is where most of the magic happens.
Be the one willing to give to the one. Right where you are.
And may your heart hear the heavens shouting for joy at your efforts and grand, though they may be quiet, accomplishments.
{Not heralded here often means heralded there!}
God bless you!
