Are you or someone you know, raising a child on the autism spectrum?
I’m writing today to let you know that there is a great opportunity for support, information, guidance and encouragement available for anyone who is living on that special planet and could use some assistance! It’s a company called, Spectrum Advice.
For years, I felt like our family lived on a unique planet and rarely did I encounter someone who was living there too, who could understand the challenges we had in our family each day. Nor was I aware of any kind of coaching program that could have helped us wrap our heads around what was actually important and needed.
I would have loved, even given my eye teeth as they say, to have this resource back then! But gratefully, we decided to register for the Masters of Motivation program just this year and found it to be extremely helpful, even 30 years out!
Masters of Motivation is a program offered by David Monson and the Spectrum Advice team. It is 10 weeks of structured learning, a weekly lesson/session with David, supported by an outstanding workbook with accountability sheets as well.
As my husband and I went through the program, we made some major strides, not only through understanding our son better, but maybe even more importantly, understanding ourselves and how we had been unknowingly adding to the stress of life with Asperger’s.
I was also delighted to learn that the paradigm at Spectrum Advice is in perfect harmony with the principles of unconditional love that we use and adore at Lioness. No conflict or confusion there!
I cannot speak highly enough of this opportunity and of Spectrum Advice! (www.spectrumadvice.com)
