Hi! Just a few questions for you, hopefully to assist you (and me) in making some progress. Today!
Recently I read this quote, and it’s been kicking around in my head:
“No problem can withstand the force of your concentrated, loving attention.”
So, I’m asking myself, what have I been focusing on lately?
What challenges in my life seem to be ongoing?
Am I complaining or actually taking the next step toward a solution? (At least the next step as I exercise my faith in what I cannot yet see!)
Am I, are we focusing on thoughts of too much to do, not enough time, how and when and where will we do all that needs to be done? Or in other words, are we focusing on fear?
Or, could we take the same amount of time and use it to focus our attention on loving ourselves, others and our blessed life and even giving thanks for the challenge itself? Then we’d surely be using our creative powers correctly!
Say goodbye to stress and tension, indecision, confusion and fear!
You my friend, are a literal force for good.
