Red bell peppers, your favorite noodles cooked in salted water. {My favorite noodle is Tinkyada Joy made from brown rice.}

Brown cauliflower in oil and add salt, red pepper flakes, garlic and peppers. Right before you take them off the heat, add the basil.

Toss with the noodles and add more olive oil if you would like more moisture.Grind multi-colored peppercorns, add Parmesan and serve immediately.
