If you’re a popcorn lover, I hope you enjoy this recipe! In my mind there is no better version of popcorn than homemade. My kids love it! And I love that it is a guilt free treat we can all enjoy.

Recently I discovered making popcorn using an instant pot, and wow, it is super easy! You can also use a popcorn air or spin popper to make this tasty treat. Since I don’t have either of those, and trying to make it over the hot stove with a heavy pot was not very fun, I needed an alternative option. So I found the Instant Pot version on Cooking Carnival and I’m hooked! It popped almost all the kernels, had amazing flavor and, best of all, was completely hands-off during the popping process. My shoulders are so thankful:)

I hope that you can enjoy this delicious and healthy treat this week using your preferred (or new) method!
