Visualize It!

I can’t believe how much visualization helps!

Have you done that before?

Well, we all have used this tool when we worry. Only it’s actually a misuse of the tool, right? We can see in our minds eye how something is will or is going wrong, how someone is thinking about us or what will happen tomorrow that is catastrophic!

The visualization I’m referring to is using your mind’s eye to walk through something in order to solve a problem or make decisions before you are actually in the moment of decision.

I use visualization for all the jobs that are at first overwhelming to me.

I clean my fridge in my mind first.

I clear off my laundry room counter mentally before I pick up any gloves or papers or things that need to be returned to someone.

And, when I’m saying my declarations in the morning, the words inspire thoughts in pictures that help me to use my creative energy to see what is possible in my life.

It’s amazing, because after you visualize something happening, and you’ve made the decisions the job requires while your mind is in a state of rest, you can accomplish those tasks efficiently and almost effortlessly when you get started!

Add prayer to this process and you will be using your mind and faith to create miracles!

Much love to you today my friend. I’m seeing you in my mind’s eye having a blessed day, full of love and connections.

P.S. Flesh out your plans by making a visual version of them! Here is that idea, brilliantly created by my dear friend and her family as they were planning their family time for the year! Isn’t this amazing?

“The mission of Lioness at the Door is to uplift, strengthen and encourage women of all ages to magnify health, hope and happiness at home. We do so boldly, with humility and gratitude for the opportunity.”
